when i made my ordered from them they shipped in a day. I ordered on a monday and had my reventon pro on a friday

Well I've pm speed passion posted on this fourm still no response
Bought a brand new reventon pro thing went brain dead and turns right back off when turned on and computer doesn't reconize it .bought the thing dec 4th haven't used it once .speed passion customer service sucks is all I have to say .being a first and last time customer I will see how the return process works .
Will be up for sale when I get it back
Also disputing with PayPal since they can't respond

ordered a Reventon s on the 3rd last week, Glitch in computer they canceleld order, cause the 10% didnt play into my total. Reordered on Friday morning. I got it today. I am in Cali, SP is in Chicago. USPS ground also they send.

This doesnt work at all for this esc. The esc is bricked basically after a "Failed update." The reventon software nor the reventon lcd recongize "see" the esc. Once you plug up a battery to the esc and turn it on, it'll just have a solid yellow light. It will turn off once you hook it up to a lcd programmer or reciever. It'll actully make a low toned beep once you do this too.
I've tried everything to get it to work that I can think off. Re-installed the latest software on two different pc's and a netbook. Everything works fine but the esc. Now mind you I own two other reventon pros and they work fine and update fine.

I had it in my B4.1...works fine, keep that ESC.

I have one in my B4.1 and one in my SC10...no problem.
