I really don't mind you calling me a idiot because your opinion doesn't matter to me and I think you've already managed to annoy most people on this thread. It's one thing if customer service somehow failed to correct your problem, but if you would have filled out the RMA by now and shipped in the defective product you would probably already have the replacement, but now your trying to trade it in for credit for a ESC instead and because they haven't agreed to give you a totally different product your complaining on a public forum?

I'm not really sure why your being a CLOWN  about the motor problem? Stuff happens during manufacturing some times they are taking care of it. I filled out the RMA form and emailed [email protected] with info requested they took care of me within a half hour:nod::nod:

Ive sent the motor in awhile ago, and apparently you like to buy alot of defective products cause this seems fun to you... and i didnt mind if they didnt replace it with an ESC it was a question... and when the customer representative tells you hes gonna call you back and let you know and never does then thats and issue then goes on the site and tells me he called me back 30mins after we spoke (which is a lie).... when u pay for a product especially when it cost alot of money you want it to work like its stated it should, the fact that this product is required to be used in situations that its gonna take a beating they should have know to use better glue on that item dont skimp on you products....

I'll tell you what i would rather buy from viper! When a problem comes up it gets handled above and beyond what they need to do. From what i have seen the viper crew is working hard to keep our loyalty.

Being difficult isnt going to get you anywhere with people especially with your tech support. I am an I.T. tech when somebody gives me attitude! I will make them sit and wait when i feel that they have cooled down long enuf i will give them another chance, if it happens again "OH oops i crashed and wiped your hard drive DAMN sucks to be YOU!" Keep in mind they are here to help not to take your CRAP!

God Job for you man, want a cookie!!!!!!

Can you run it?

Mine and my friends both broke pretty fast just testing it in the street. ( like first battery pack, maybe second )

Thanks for the kind words. Im glad the systems are working well for you. We are working hard to change out everyones problem motors. The process of filling rma and then emailing a copy of receipt to [email protected] is working smoothly.

We were inundated with rma's so I had to switch over to the rma dept. I was really only doing tech support but we realized that the two deptartments need to combine efforts to help our customers. We will make sure to take care of all the problems in a quick and painless method. Thanks for all your support.

I was very satisfied with Viper tech and customer support. I bought one of the first vtx10"s released and didn't have any problems. It started acting up around Christmas. Was having problems with shut down issues, but anyway I contacted Viper. They were very helpful and I filled out my rma and sent it in priority mail. It was returned to me 8 days later, replaced, and updated to new firmware. That was the week of Christmas. Very quick turn around and had us back at the track in no time. New one is working great! Thanks Viper!!
