It might have been asked already but I couldn't find it, can someone tell me if any viper controllers have reverse. If so which ones. I assume they don't because it does not list it anywhere. thanks guys

SaladFork, how does the Viper 550 that you have fit in the SC10 4x4? Do you have any ideas what they may be changing on it for the production version?

I want to run timing and boost. Where I run now it's run what ever you got, so I want to make it as fast as possible. I'm just starting out in buggy and currently run a RS and Orion 10.5 but I think it's too much motor for the track and me. Thought I would try something with more of a smooth and controllable power Band so I can work on my lines.

Thanks
Brian

Next question would be in "practice mode" are you limited with the settings you are able to make? or does that mode just allow reverse? Anyone have a link to download the manual for this? The website doesnt seem to have it.

How much longer is the wait for a 550 that I can use in my Losi SCTE. Also will they be 4 pole?

I know Ryan is running a Viper motor in his any idea on what size and how he has it geared and if there are any heat issues.

I was running a Tekin SC4X 4.5 but it just didn't have any punch and would overheat.

Thanks I'm looking forward to trying out a 550

It is 2 pole as that is all that ROAR is ok with at this time. Maybe next year 4 pole will be ok. I run the 4.5 and have it geared between 15-16 depending on the track. No heat issues so far.
