I just purchased this to replace my Citrix. I'm hoping it will give me some improvement over it. Will test this weekend. I guess I need to get a program box to upgrade my software, I only have the basic LED box.

I replaced my Cirtix with a Justock. Big improvement in my opinion. It was nice to have brakes finally!

Thanks mate. Got that bit sorted.

Now I just need to find some time to get this bit done. Didn't have time before last nights race. 3 weeks till our next meeting, so plenty of time........

I need some help. I have a lcd program card that has the v3 software on it, however, I am not running a v3 speed controller. I am trying to change some programming in blinky mode however, there is no blink (504) software on the program box. Is there anyway to "reset" or delete the V3 software from the program box? When I try to reflash the box with older software, a warning box keeps popping up saying the current version cannot be updated.

I am using a speed passion GT Stock Spec ESC
My program card is the multi program LCD unit

Can anyone help?

Which version of Hobbywing software do you have installed on your PC? Are you trying to put Hobbywing software on a Speed Passion ESC?

Plug just the LCD box into your computer.
Open your HW software.
In the upper tab, select LCD box.
Go to firmware and load the 2.1 software on the LCD box.

Then it should work.
There's two levels of software for the LCD box that will work the two levels of hardware speed controls (v2.1 or v3.0)

Settings...

I was goofing with one of the F1 cars last night and started playing with Max reverse force on the Justock. I was thinking that since I was running forward/brake only, that this didn't impact my config. I left it at the default 25%, set Brake force @ 100%. Still a tad soft.

Then, I proved my thinking Wrong!

I jacked it up to 100% reverse and now it locks up at the touch of the brakes. I have to turn it back down, but I got it through my head that even if reverse isn't used, that setting does impact braking.

Same thing applies to the v3.
As soon as I jacked the "reverse" strength up...I had brakes..who da thunk it.

Does it gets too hot? IS there a risk of burning it?
Thanks

I have been running mine without a fan in VTA for a few months now without issue. You should be fine.

I am having trouble downloading the software and am currently using brushless hobbies software to change the settings. seems to be working fine. Does anyone think that there would be an issue with this?
