Is a justock a good match for a 17.5 motor with a tc4? This is for a medium size outdoor track.

I'm battling.... I plug my Justock into the program box, confirmed V1_508 sw installed. I downloaded the new/updated sw, do I need to connect my esc to the box and the box to my computer in order to be able to update the sw?

Yes, you have to connect it to the PC via the USB port.

Good news for HW Just Stock ESC owners. USVTA has decided not to ban this ESC from VTA racing (see ROBK's post on the USVTA thread part 2) and instead opened up the list of approved ESCs to include those on ROAR's approved stock ESC's with ROAR approved Blinky (zero timing) software.

Hello, as you can get more power to the motor 10.5T in Spain sensors rotate a bit more and talk about degrees that shows a lower engine rpm and more.

this is true? as you do? have pics of how it's done?

No you can't add any timing on the JustStock. If that's what you are asking??

Something tells me google translate.

hello, what I wonder is how you can give more to the engine timing?
Here in Spain revolve a little more sensors to run the engine

Hello all I am having an issue with both of my used hobbywing just stock esc. When I hit the gas either nothing happens or it goes and when I let off it keeps going or cogs and stutters. This is with many different sensor wires that I know work ( tried them in my car) and I'm 5000% sure I soldered everything correctly as well as nothing plugged in backwards. What do you all think the problem is?

If you're positive motor and sensor wires are good you have to make sure the sensor wire is pressed in all the way on the esc. It needs to go in all the way or else the motor will cog.

Agreed, & additionally, you might need to try a different motor to see if it could be a bad sensor board on that, & if you try a motor you're 100% sure is good(works on other ESC's), then it could be the Justock itself...

Everything works minus the just stock.

Hey guys,

Complete electric RC newb here hoping for some advice. Planning on running a b5m in stock buggy. Here are the electronics I have chosen from my research.

hobbywing justock esc
Schurspeed 17.5
Promatch 2S 4800 MAH 90C Hard Case Shorty
Airtronics MT4S
Icharger 206B and Power Supply Ticket Combo

Regarding the electronics... I have never wired/soldered up a car like this. Any advice or links to how to's is much appreciated.

On promatchracing website, I can select a variety of female connectors, which should I pick?

Am I going to need to purchase any additional wiring to make this setup work?

Will I need any additional wiring to hook up the battery to the charger?

I appologize for my ignorance and thanks in advance for any tips or suggestions on what else I might need!

Thank you!

P.S. I plan on picking up a 40 watt soldering station, 60/40 solder, and some Rosin flux.

I also plan on getting the LED program card. Any tips on settings?

All the wiring is there. I would suggest the LCD program box instead on the LED box.
