I have some problems with my HW3.1. I´m lacking speed, both top and bottom. Have tested different team settings (Andy Moore, Hara) but get same results everytime. With low settings (boost/turbo) the ESC gets really hot. Motors around 65C, ESC case 60C but internal temp readout 120C! I´ve tried many settings but don´t get any speed out of the speedo. Do I have a faulty speedo? On indoor carpet with very low boost seetings the ESC still gets very hot and low power.

Something not right if internal temp is 120C and temp on heatsink 60C? Should no differ 60C.

Last few weeks i have been running the HW V3.1 with the latest firmware.
I ran de esc together with a sonic 4.5 the first batch at 8.3 FDR.
Boost at 18 and timing at 30.
8 minutes runs were no problem and temps were 72 celcius for esc max and 80 celcius internal for the motor.

Yesterday i tested a 4.0 from the same batch sonic. No boost on esc and 10turbo timing. Temps of the esc were 93 celcius en motor not even 60 celcius. Geared the same at 8.3 FDR.
Contineus flat lipos and temp problems on the 4.0

What am i forgetting or doing wrong?

Is there a customer service number by chance? I'm getting really tired of waiting for emails. A simple phone call could take care of a lot of issues.......

Thanks.

I never had a problem with response time from HWNA. They always got back to me pretty quickly.
