Finally managed to find the solution. Gearing up to the moon . Was running a 80rollout and now I m up to 105 and it came to life.

Temps are around 90ish.

Angelo-

I might have missed it, but when is the V3 gonna be available in the US?

looking to buy spare speedo, now i have 120A and was thinking about Xtreme one. Im using now 10.5 motor, so what is the difference between 120A and 60A? I know one can handle 3.5 motor and second only 8.5 but for 10.5 would be like the same with those two? No difference?

The extreme is up to the job no problems. We run 10.5 and it's as fast as anything out there.

The only difference it made today was reducing the breaking power. We didnt notice any more speed. Must be a 21t thing;)

930 Stock

Hi Angelo.

Am having an issue with 930 stock, the program is fast however in the warmup laps prior to the start of the race when I come to a stop to grid up. I go to accelerate the car jumps backwards...
This in turn puts the speedy into sensorless..

The motor is an X12 13.5 the boost is set to 14deg with a start rpm of 6000. I know that I can't run much timming on the motor (currently set at 4 Dot/ least timming).

I also noticed that if you get turned around and the car goes backwards, this also puts the speedy into sensorless mode..

Is it possible that the sesitivity issue needs to be addressed on the braking side of the programing?

Speedy is the extreme stock new and the motor is also new..

If you want to know more please send me a PM..

COBRARACING 10-17-2011 12:41 AM

Hi guys

just finished a 6 hour meeting with michael and we were going through some ideas about software i have some good news but not really much time to type it all on rc tech as on my way out to dinner and a foot massage but i can tell you one thing

we will introduce turbo slope in a decent mode as well the same way we have turbo slope in ascend mode this way you can control the decent of the turbo coming into corners and down the straights .alot of things are going to happen new look usb link with exciting features that michael will unblock .also 6 modes so zero timing can be programmed from the lcd programmer and not having to use the pc to down load a program .more features also for boost acc .

AGNO 10-17-2011 01:06 AM

I tested the new 508 NO timing, even in the race with 10.5, the maximum braking has improved, but still not optimal, would even more braking power ;)

brake freq

Hey Cobraracing

Any chance brake frequency control?

This is very useful to get the optimum feel between high and low speed brake, and also helps to set the correct amount for different brands of motors

BTW descending Turbo is an excellent idea

2wdrive 10-17-2011 03:23 AM

What would descending turbo exactly do? I don't get what use that would be or is it some kind of push control that tekin has?

I have been away for awhile, and just returned home yesterday, the new V3 sounds great, any idea on the weight? My cars all need to go a on a diet!

Cheers,

Shawn.
