Before you send it back, have you tried updating the firmware just to see if that will fix it?

Yes I did but the signal bar goes half way down at 5 ft away??? And the light on the transceiver would glitch a little so I put the 3.0.2 version on and updated it and the light stays on solid but the range is still crap.

Open it up and check if your rx antenna has been disconnected or knocked a little loose from the board.

Does anyone have a clue whats going on with the Nomadio forums? They have had the forum php database error for a week without even putting a bypass page explaining the site is down for maintenance.

Then, the front page of the site does not have a link to hobby anymore at the side quick menu links bar. The products page does still though.

Once again scared..

Be very scare Nomadio has let all of us down in the RC dept. I currently switch to the 3pk fasst 2.4 system and feel great because Futaba will always support it customer..

I have been the biggest supporter of Nomadio throughout...but I too have had enough of their BS. I recently sold every piece of Nomadio I own and went to the Futaba FASST system. What good is Nomadio's technology if you can't buy it (or even spare parts) anywhere. Nomadio IMHO will close their RC division within a year.

I said it on Nomadio's forum...I stopped supporting them...as they stopped supporting us.

Interesting... I just started having some issues with my React and e-mailed their support last night. I received and e-mail from Scott Lenz (who I've dealt with before on some warranty work) and received a repair ticket number and informed me that the repair turnaround should be a week. I'm going to send it in and will see how it goes. The radio is out of warranty so it will be real interesting to see what it will cost me to get it repaired.

I agree that Nomadio should have better support for the R/C side of things. On the other hand what they are working on to help are soldiers out is honestly more important. I would hope to think that most people would rather see the soldiers taken care of before all else.

You do have the programming to use either stock Nomdio receivers or Spektrum receivers so you actually have the best of both worlds. The Nomadio radios already do more than other radios so I'm not sure how much more support one needs.

As long as Nomadio still fixes the radios and receivers at this time I'm not sure that a problem really exists.

Default Nomadio React discontinued?

Any word on whether Nomadio has finally pulled the plug on the React? I'm hoping they haven't, but you can no longer buy a React at Amain, and the support forums on Nomadio's website have been down for quite a while. As much as I hate to do it, I might have to start migrating my cars over to the M11X as transceivers die off...
