If ya'll can compile some common questions and answers I will add them to the first post. I would do it myself but I'm quite busy this week. Thanks.

I would just like some reviews from serious racers. Facts about the feel of the radio and does it truly seen fast how does the wheel really feel the trigger ... Things a racer would be interested in knowing after truly comparing it to other high end radios.

I'm about 3 weeks into the radio...I run primarily carpet off-road, so any kind of lag is pretty noticeable. The radio feels just as fast as anything I've used before, and I don't notice a jump in "feel" when I swap cars with my buddy, who's using an M17. So far, the radio has been flawless, and I'm absolutely loving the adjustable wheel. I like a LOT of wheel angle, and I crank the Noble's wheel to about 30 degrees...feels like it was made for me. The wheel is buttery smooth, and I'm able to soften the tension to just how I like it. There's no trim wander during a 5 min race (other FlySkys I've tried in the past often suffer from that), and not a glitch on my end or anyone else.

It's funny...several guys have scoffed at the Noble when they find out that it's a FlySky...but after they actually try it, I think they're pleasantly surprised. I like to run (and be successful with) equipment that others don't, and the Noble fits that to a "T".

exactly my thoughts but I race on large asphalt tracks in California.

I really need a new radio, been using my trusty Hitec Aggressor Pro for years but I just need something with more options. This radio looks the goods but my brain keeps saying '$280 for a FS??' ( factoring worthless Australian currency).
I had the older FS IT4 3-4 years ago which was ok, could never get the temp sensor working properly and it felt very plasticy. Still might go with the $85 GT5, looks like a cheaper product but for 2wd offroad it probably ticks the boxes. Also buying the Noble will probably involve questionable warranty issues in a worse case situation. I defiantly don't want another Spektrum radio..

Hi all, new NB4 owner here. Has anyone found a menu function that allows you yo change the throttle throw from 70/30 to 50/50? I have an esc (XL-5 for a trail truck) that won't accept the full brake position of the Noble as 'enough' to finalise calibration. I've turned the brake epa up as far as it will go, but it's not enough. Not a TX issue, I've already calibrated a Sidewinder to it, was ok. Just a Traxxas product being a princess I guess.

Go to TH MID in the menu screen

It's the built in (smaller) battery replaceable? Always a bit dubious about built in lithium batteries.

It's a standard 18650 cell so it's replaceable. Just have to take the TX apart to get to it.

Yeah, I played with that, was showing at neutral the channel centered as default in that view, but the master display on the home screen was still showing the end points as of a 70/30 split. I took the throttle center to about 40/60 (which was a complete guestimation of 40/60+70/30 as somewhere near 50/50) and the ESC wouldn't accept that neutral and refused to calibrate from there. Also bumping the brake epa up to 120% did nothing of any substance.
Thanks for the help though.. I think it's just a case of the Traxxas esc throwing a tanty because it's not seeing something that sends back info like the ____ radio it's designed to run on  I have a Quickrun 80A WP in place now and it's seems happy with what's going on.
