Hi guys. I've been using the Sanwa M12s for quite awhile. It's a great tx but I'm looking for something lighter and have just as quick response as the M12s. How's the speed of the Noble? Is there any other good online stores to get it from besides Hobbyking? It seems like it's on backorder forever. Thanks.

You can find the Noble on hobbyking (I dont understand peoples hesitation with hobbyking, my dealings with them have all been good), as well as several sellers on amazon, and I have seen it a few times on ebay. |
I got mine off of AliExpress earlier this year. I've been meaning to measure the latency but without a dual channel scope that isn't something I can easily do right now.

Flysky claims "latency times as low as 3ms". Due to technical reasons there has not yet been a verified result from an independent party to back that claim up. There are some testimonials in this thread and other places all over the web of people claiming very good "feeling of connection" and feel that its latency is very low. There are also a few examples of high speed video comparisons, here are a couple.

One more question though. I read about servo glitching. So even when using digital servo. We got to select analog servo in the settings? Thanks again...

The glitching, yes, there is glitching. I have had to set a couple "digital" servos to analog to stop them from glitching. But they were cheep servos, so I don't know, maybe not truly digital? At any rate doesn't seem to create any issues, just switch it over, glitching stops. Though, you may also be able to do the same by changing the frequency or whatever. |
for what its worth, I have not changed my setting to analog for any of my vehicles. I do not get any glitching, unless I do and I just dont notice it since im too novice. lol
I have 5 profiles stored so far, and all are set to digital 3 tekin 120 servos 1 KO rsx servo 1 MKS servo |

Change the frame rate from the default digital rate if your digital servos glitch. Many run best at 333 hz but it varies. You can set it to a max of 400 hz.

Thanks for all the replies guys. Much appreciated. I just hope it'll perform as well as the M12s. The ergonomics and weight of the M12s could be a little uncomfortable at times...

I tried using my camera which records at 750FPS between the two using same servos(tested using both, savox 2282sg and savox 1267sg, both are HV) and from memory the noble responsed a few frames quicker. testing was done using 1-way and the micro rx, full power setting. the few times i've used it on track it felt deceiving at first as it feels like you've got too much steering its so quick. |
NB4
Just wondering if the test was done in normal, shr or Ssr mode? Also does NB4 has high frame rate mode similar to Sanwa SSR,Sxr mode? Is high response servo like Sanwa pgs and Ko Hcs servo required ?
|
Im pretty sure i had it setup in the fastest response mode i could for those servos.
Like most, they dont use the SSR mode that requires the use of the pgs servos as it makes the servos feel super twitchy. Im guessing theres a reason the pros that use sanwa radio dont use the servos. |

FYI to all- Seem's to be in stock right now. Purchased one from Hobbyking a couple of months ago and have had no problems. |
