Receiver Comparison
Here's info on the three receivers available for the Noble. Ali express looks to have supplies of them, it's where I grabbed these screenshots.
Not seeing any huge differences other than form factor and input voltages. Though frewster said his FGr4 V2 is labeled 12v, vs. the 18v described below. https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rct...87cddf523b.png https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rct...69eed5fecb.png https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rct...dff27dc9b0.png |
Latency

There's also been some debate as to latency, and I found this on the FlySky website. I can't read the language but I assume it means 3ms latency?

if i remember right the noble at like 850-900fps is several frames faster than the m12s, which puts it in the ball park of m17.
as far as real world testing, it definitely felt faster than our m12s and MY feeling the same as m17 but the noble has a much more quality feel. |
Also, just found out from a crawling forum that the FTR10 receiver is compatible with the Noble.

I have added the Flysky-FS-CEV04-i-BUS-Serial-Bus-Receiver to the FGR4S receivers to give me 8 channels for my crawlers. Works great. I would like to see a screen that would give actual battery voltage on both batteries. I can't tell if both batteries are fully charged.

Oh thanks! I've been curious what I need to do this.

Here are pictures of the V1 and V2 FGr4 receivers side by side. They changed some things in the power circuitry as far as I can tell and the max voltage is now 12V rather than 18V.
