Andy's Sauber:

Hot Bodies Toyota:

Unknown/possibly the Hot Bodies Porsche:

And finally, a pic of the Yokomo that he mounts all these on:

I have access to fresh P-35's if you need them.

We can also get Hot Bodies Toyota and Nissan here.
Also a popular though hideous choice around here is the Serpent Porsche 962.
do everyone a favor and let us all know when or if you are gonna order as others may want in and can share shipping charges.. that' how i got one of my bods..

these are all 235mm.. the only 200m bods are for gas sedans like the protofom with the bulges in the nose for shock towers, the serpent bodies (gtp and lola), yokomo and frewer.. of those i think you can still get the yok and maybe the protoform... i had the yok when i ran my rc10l3t narrow for a bit..

Default RC10L body and Tekin ESC

Does anyone have a recommendation for a sedan body for an RC10L, 235mm wide? My current body is a bit beat and I need a replacement.

Also I have acquired a Tekin G-12c III ESC and when the battery gets low it takes off in straight line and ignores the throttle and steering. Is this normal for this ESC or do I have a dud?

Thanks, Lee B.

I tested my tamiya yesterday, no steering yet...my reciever died somehow...but as for acceloration, I like the smootheness of pan cars more than anything else I have ever driven!

A sedan body isn´t a good choice for a pancar it´s just not enough downforce for this type of car. Usually we´re all running GTP. I would search for a Protoform Peugeot 905 or similar at Stormer. Otherwise search at Ebay. If you´re lucky maybe you could find a Protoform Nissan also.

Regarding the Tekin I think there is something wrong. I had a Tekin G-9 what is similar to the G12 and I didn´t have this problem. Maybe there is a problem with the G12 but also the receiver could be the problem.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm thinking its the Tekin ESC, the reciever (Spektrum SR3000) came off another car and worked fine on that car.

My current body is a Chevy Corvette body and looks nice on the car. I think it is a Mcallister body but I'm not sure. The tires stick out about 3 mm on either side.

Mit freundlichem Gruß / Best regards

Lee B.

parma makes a 235mm seday body called the proton, though im not sure is it properly "sized" for pan cars (our cars are narrower at front).. john stranahan ran a sedan body of some sort on his car for a while with ok luck.. search his thread for what it was....

A friend of mine tested a Serpent 235mm sedan body on his Pro10 a few years back.
Ít was a Volvo with a large rear wing bolted to the trunk.

It was the body to run in 235mm 2wd sedan class at that time.

He ran laps constantly around 18-19 seconds.
Then he switched back to a Asso Nissan regular pro10 body. Not only did his laptimes take a huge leap (16 second laps), also was his car way more driveable.

If you absolutely want a sedan body check the Mcallister Nissan.

I'm glad to know that I was not the only one to try one of the 235 touring bodies on a pan car!

Was a very interesting sight to see a 235 touring car pass a 200mm nitro car on the straight and then realize what was underneath.

Long Live Pan Cars!!!
