Is there a narrow Bolink? Just saw wide versions until now.

Bolink might have made a narrow 962 Porsche. They did make a narrow chassis pan car - I've got the two different chassis. The second one is what they last tried to sell "The Scorpion" with a triple shock rear end.

Cool Mestup Porsche-Gulf body

Tested the blue can on a sheet of paper, it dit work fine.
Toke the body and pffrrttttppppffffrrrttttdssssss and this is the result.
The rest of the can's were perfect
Have a retry on a P35 body next week, with all new can's.
NO Tamiya cans for me annymore!

Ohh how I hate when that happens.

Just tell them you did it on purpose to be original.

Did the paint turn white, or did it peel off the body? I had one do this recently, the hobby shop found several others who had the same issue and was able to return the paint for credit and the shop gave me a deal on a new body. Kept the bad one to practice with.

It's a lightweight version of the Serpent Porsche 962.
It slows you down a bit, but makes your car very easy to drive.
It's a very popular choice here.

I drove my PRO Max 10 wide pan car today for the first time...after 3 packs, the car was the fastest car I have ever had. Plenty of top end and even faster corner speed than my 200mm Pantoura. It was very stable and easy to drive at high speed, and had nice low speed handling. It was on mid corner and corner exit where it was slower due to the rear end getting loose when applying throttle( smoothly)...I remember my 200mm Pantoura being able to mid corner exit much faster...it seems my wide pan car looses some traction when getting on power mid corner exit...to deal w/ this pblm I had to baby it out, and that was the only area the 1/12 mod cars were faster...

Here is my current set up:

Tires: JACO rear Pink, Jaco front Purple / AE front w/ .20 springs

Shocks: side shocks: 20WT oil, w/ AE silver springs ; middle shock: 45WT oil w/ AE BLUE spring

Motor: Orion Vortex 3.5
ESC: Mamba Max

Body: McAllister N90, stock- no extra side dams or rear wing or spoilers.

Batt: Orion 3200

I did a few strokes on a white sheet of paper, and worked fine.
Then i started on de body the first 2 seconds it did fine, and then it started to drop and sputter.
So i stopped shaked it real goood 5 min tryd again same result.
Then the 2-3 min dish trick hot water and shaking, nothing.
So i finished it with this result.
The white behind it worked fine.

And yes its a serpent962 body.

sometimes the cans are just bad. it seems if they get too hot the paint coagulates on the inside and sticks in the nozzel.

here is a link to some of my work. check out the pan car on page 5

1) Need a front bumper for my wide pan car...what do you recommend?

2) I noticed that many run the TC shocks as the center shock ont heir pan cars, over the micro shocks...why? Any advantages?
