We are with some drivers very good on the milage(5:30) but with other drivers less(4:30) this with the same type engine. So milage depends a lot on how efficient you can get the car around.

Mileage will depend mostly on clutch setup, gearing, belt tightness, drivetrain mass/efficiency, etc... It can be hard to have all the cars setup the same...

And no, its not hard to get close to the same setup out of more than one car...

Well the logic is that you will get different on track results from each car&driver even if they are setup the same with the same engine in them, no matter if you are a Wolrd Champion, tax Champion, Brand Champion or Universe Champion(B.)...We can discuss all day about the causes, but nobody is saying that other people's opinion don't count just because they did not get a world title or own brands worldwide.....

Well, then dont chime in??? Do you race 1:8 IC, do you race VS products... i am sure that if i run my Tecnopower P02 in my MRX5, and tell lets say Ralphie what head shimming i run, what carb insert, pulley set, gearing and what my needle settings are, that he (in his MRX6r) or any other racer would be able to get close to my quoted mileage! Its all a given, and you always state random variables that to those that race are aware of!!
We did not start yesterday, come on???
You are questioning and stating things that necessarily are already taken into account, in established threads with regular contributors!!! We are not beginners, we are interested in the product that we chose to use and actually race! Either way...

I know that 'don't chime in' is exactly what some folks want, since they have a pact to keep all the secrets to themselves..I never assumed that you all did not already know the causes of the different runtime results, and then some, but I always find resistance when I am chiming in to hopefully get the world champions to reveal a little bit of what they know here...If it is information reserved to a closed circle of friends, please let us in the public know or PM yourselves rather than putting it in the public section.....How can newbies be interested in racing 1/8th scale with Rody engines when you tell them off here on the public forum ??? Thanks for your enlightening support, and now I know which engine never to own, even if they are free......Cheers.....
