Recently is bought a keep on .12, and on the head it says 12-3L.
I know it stands for long stroke.
I have also seen 12-3LS, does that mean short stroke?
And what are the advantages of long over short stroke and visa versa? If any.
Long stroke=more torque
Short= more rpm
That's what I read somewhere, can anyone confirm?

There are 2 versions of the Keep .12. They both have the same bore & stroke. In the KEEP .12/S, the 'S' indicates that it is the full ceramic (front & rear bearing) version. The KEEP .12 has a rear ceramic bearing and a steel front bearing.

Yes, the C8TGH will give you the best performance.

Now that Roar has designated a 5-port for the GT class. Which Nova Rossi 5 port would be best for that class?

That’s a good question……..:nod:Curious to what they recommend, the engine mods will spool these up some for sure:tire::cool:

I also heard Novarossi was coming out with a .25 engine called the GT is this engine still on plan to come out and how similar is it to the Roma that is out now?

The N21-5T is the fastest and only 5 port onroad Novarossi to get. But what a stupid rule..... If I take the most powerfull 9 port engine and cut away 4 bridges between some ports I still have the most powerfull engine with only 5 ports ;)

I do see a market for modders to create the best 5-port engines.

Are we allowed less than but not more than 5 port , or does it have to be 5?

If the rules stay the same, 3 ports only and maximum up to 3 to be tag for used from Controlled Practise onwards.

Fake Virtus engine

Anyone looking to buy a Virtus should check this out.

I am sure if you are buying from a reputable hobby shop this wont happen to you but buyer beware.

Glad Nova has pointed this out to it's consumers:nod:

It is the 1st thing I would modify if I am in the need of a new bearing. The edge in the crakcase with the smaller inner ring of the bearing does not add any improvement than only bullying other bearing suppliers.
