Oh sorry about that, I don't really know of any except for the ODonnell plugs, but I know that quite few other brands will work.

Kindest regards,
Lars.

Get some Sirio based plugs, Sirio, Capricorn, Reds and more I can't remember.
I'm using the Capricorn plugs in all my Nova engines since the GRP plug quality went to crap as well (just like Nova).
The Sirio based plugs last a lot longer and make a bit more topend power compared to a nova plug.

Plug Question For DS

[QUOTE=DS Motorsport;8273990]Get some Sirio based plugs,

Hi DS

I don't own a Sirio motor but I know the sirio button is a different shape (slight tapper difference) to the nova's & the bottom of the sirio & nova plugs replicate this to correspond to there respective button chamber.

With this in mind would it still be ok to use Sirio plugs in nova engines as I too need plugs & the sirio plugs are much easier for me to obtain.

Also your capricorn lab looks awesome DS:D

Cheers Daz

Hi Daz,

I haven't seen a sirio button op close, but for my Lab engines I informed with Capricorn which plugs they recommend and they recommended the Capricorn plugs, which are Sirio plugs. So don't think there is a problem in terms of fit or taper, also the Nova button doesn't look damaged or anything.

Thanks man, for 2011 it's going to look even better. :D:tire:

I've got my 353ct in and ready to run, 25 degrees outside and six inches of snow on the ground.

I'm going to need a connecting rod for this motor when it drops its nuts, anybody know where I can pick one up on the west coast?

I'm very impressed with this motor and my hats off to Novarossi.

What's the difference between the Novarosi pipes EFRA 2660 and EFRA 2652 1/10 on-road?

Thenks

Crank and rod needed n12ll5

looking for a good used crank and rod or new parts

rod #07601

Is this max power crank the same as the ll5 it uses the same novarossi numbers?

I did some back to back tests with both pipes on my 353-09.

The 2660 gave better power on low, medium and top end. Overall a better pipe then the 2652.

I hear now the 2662 is an improvement over the 2660

Hey,

Was wondering if someone could please tell me what the factory mid range needle setting is for a Flash Special Tuned. Thanks in advance.

Roelof 12-28-2010 05:03 AM

The midrange needle has the same effect als the low speed needle.
The only difference is that it will move the spray nozzle within the airflow so you can tune it a bit to optimze the position of the spray nozzle at a certain opening of the carburator.

CHRISP76 12-28-2010 07:05 PM

thanks but do u know where it should be set?
