actually on my truggy i left the fuel inlet the way it is in your pic, it help keep the fuel line away from exhaust pipe.

Job done. Actually I bought my Mugen second hand with tubing on the car already and tube was short for original position of fuel inlet. I've got no problems with pipe whatsoever as it has tube holders on fuel tank so there is basically no chance for any contact unless I'll rip off pipe or fuel tank and I guess I'll be screwed in such case anyway

its not the contact, its the heat from exhaust that heats the fuel before entering the engine, with the fuel cooler it will have better run time.

I run mine in clips along the tank and have no issues with run time......... (Tassie Truggy Titles 45min A main with only 3 fuel stops) thats 12+ minutes to a tank, was getting 13's actually.

Well I don't have even proper pipe - managed to get dirt cheap GRP 3009 pipe (for about 2euros). Car included fuel filter and air cooler for tube from pipe to fuel tank. Anyway I'm on very tight budget for nitro car as I don't plan to take it too serious - my main classes are 1:10 electric buggies and this will be just to have some extra runtime. I only did one race with borrowed car (Ishima rave in not best shape, but runnable) so far.

looks like you fuel tubeing comes out of the tank in a differnt spot compared to the losi? looks like you tank sits alittle higher also? in the losi it seems very tight in there

Hey Pavel, welcome to the world of nitro racing and GO motors.

I also race a mbx6 with the new GXII HO, very good combo...you do know this nitro stuff is addictive i;m sure all the manufacturers add some secret ingredient that gets us all hooked.

Flanno is that your new 6T mate?
I see your running yours very narrow mine still not been raced yet with all this $h!t weather lately all the boys are in nitro withdrawl.

Too right ! This weather is rubbish Truggy is looking good Flanno

Hey Craig, PM me your log on stuff and I will try and get an Avatar sorted while I'm stuck inside with this weather.
Meant to be running in another GXII for a customer, but it's just not happening - unless I want to gas myself in the garage with nitro fumes

Will do Shane, just crop down one of those photos you sent me.

As much as we like nitro getting smoked out in the garage isn't as pleasurable as when your racing with it.

Hopefully the forecast for next weekend is right and round 6 is all go.

Tank and line is under legal limit (I have a "ae" truggy tank bung in it) instead of the black mugen one, so can run longer line, you'l notice most of it is actually pressure line.
