Idle gap factory shud be .7-1mm

If engine stall after fire up, lean lsn a bit till idle good, if u had some experience, reduce the idle gap.
After break in leave the msn, it will give good torque, lean it for mid/top end

Maybe others will have better idea
How do you compare this engine with the UDP? does it has more low or high RPM power? how is fuel consumption?

Udp is 4 port, new champion 5 port, totally difference in timing n power band. this engine best to compare to mugen ninja, fuel economy depends on tune n pipe, 8-9min easy

Great motor, first time running it,Still a little tight but managed to run 7 1/2 pretty easy with a 2035/pipe and 6mm restrictor. In mb7r. Thanks Dailed for the motor.9 min motor easy when fully broke in.Still got metal pinch..Really smooth, and all the power you need.
