I use the 2251 for both throttle and steering, almost 210oz of torque is more then enough to stop and steer.

I believe i have over kill in the torque side. I use the 2273 for steering and the 2274 for throttle. I still had to dial my expo down for steering. I use these in all my cars had them for like 2 years never a problem at all. On other news i got the rx8 all broke in and dropped it nuts in practice. So i cant wait to see how it does this weekend.

I have been using Avid ceramic rears and double sealed front bearings. I have them in stock.

Do you leave both the seal in the front bearing also.

I prefer to run 2 seals on the front bearing. It traps more dirt but may wear out the front bearing faster but they are cheap.

My thought also. But i did not notice them wear out faster yet. I change mine every season. It might be to much but i have a long winter.

Im so proud of these engines. The 23 took a 1st easy today in truggy. As for the r8 in me d812 it seem to be a great choice. I have the zach mod in my r8 it not punchy but i was still able to make the 4 pack with ease in the buggy amain for a 4th place finish. I was the only one doing this. This was my 4th race with the buggy but im still learning it. I had got past on a 180 everytime just to pass up the 3rd place guy on the 5 pack. He was double double single i was quad single. Lossed 3rd to getting tangled up with 2 place on the last lap around the 180 i had the inside of the turn but it just went to wide into the 2nd place man. The 5pack i feel i can just almost get it maybe a bone stock r8 would. The e buggy can make it easy but the talent has to be there to do it.most do double double single or pray for the rc gods. I seem to 4 pack them in all classes. But all in all a great day of racing from coming in last place in the a main to 4th.

Not much action here lately so here is a video of a race I had with my .23 Argus powered MBX7T. 7mm restrictor, 801 pipe, werks light 4 shoe clutch, 4 alm on 1.0 springs. Had some early mistakes and delt with traffic issues mid race but poured it on in the last 6 minutes to take third. Green truck, starting 4th on the grid.

Argus and Rw Mods now have an engine trade in program. Trade in your old engine for a new Argus engine and receive $50.00 for your old engine!!

You can buy the engine first and send the old one back and get a $50.00 refund on your paypal or send in the engine first and get $50.00 off.
Must be a name brand engine, no Rtr engines, Traxxas will be accepted.

Want to keep your old engine for a backup? Send it in for a free rebuild with the purchase of a new Argus engine, a $30.00 value. The price of any parts used in the rebuild are not included such as a bearing.
