I was with a buddy of mine at the track last weekend, he's been racing for years, and after putting down one lap with this engine he was totally sold on it! Thats saying a lot too being that im nothing special of a driver yet because im brand new to the sport.. He just kept complimenting on the sound of the engine and the power that it has coming out of the corners and down the straights.. Says this will be his next engine! A few of the other local racers were asking about it too! Needless to say you'll probably be shipping a few more engines out here to my neck of the woods..
I'll finish breaking it in this weekend, just waiting on a new servo to come in..

What kind of fuel mileage are we talking ? Tho I am not surprised to hear that its good on fuel, when we were testing that engine it seemed to run forever on a tank...I didn't put a timer on it or anything, but I have run enough engines to know when something is outstanding, and that .25 seemed outstanding on fuel.....I look forward to getting some track time with one this summer...

If everyone did business the way these guys do business there would be no such thing as a negative feedback......

Just placed my order for a CRE Modded B5 and pipe. Spent about an hour on the phone with Neal and all I can say is wow. The guy knows his SH!T and knows how to treat his customers/ potetial customers. If the engines are as good as the service, I am a life long customer. From what I hear, they are just as good! Cant wait to get my motor in and tear up the track!:D

I was averaging 12 mins a tank! And there was still some left...

That doesn't surprise me at all...As i say the one we tested seemed to run forever on a tank..I really liked the feel of this engine...tons of torque, smooth linear powerband and a killer top end runout......The engine your running is even fancier then the one we ran...You have my latest head button, slugged crank, drilled and filled crank with even more timing advance..... The engine we ran was good, but the one you have should be a few steps above... Yours should be more powerful with a better top end runout and an even broader powerband.....

I am not even a customer of Neal's. My cousin is though. And I know Neal called my cousin at least 4 times while we were at the Psycho Nitro Blast racing. That goes above and beyond great service if you ask me. Customer service should be expected when you purchase something from someone, but taking care of the customer is hard to come by these days.

I don't know how many engines Neal has sold, but his service is the best I have ever seen. And my cousins engine sounds absolutely wicked. I'll be getting with you about clocking a B5 for me soon.

I think you will like the Clocked B6..its smooth, powerful and revs to the moon...the engine truly has a fantastic top end note on the 2058

THE PHILLY JYNX 03-20-2011 08:15 PM

Ran my First generation Clocked b5 today in Truggy at our season opener. Pitted at 11 minutes (with fuel in the tank) and took a splash and go at 20 for a 25 minute main. Mileage was great and I know I don't have to comment about the power! Thank for the help on the phone today Neal......Brian
