In a less than ideal sign, Amain have pulled from their visible inventory all novarossi items that are no longer in stock. Only a handful of items listed and all of those are on clearance.

How come there’s been absolutely no real, authoritative scoop on what’s going on with them? Like how could they be in business for like what, 40 years or so by now and not make one official statement regarding what’s going. Just a strange situation, only thing I can think of is maybe they are in the middle of being purchased by another company.

Thank you for the insight. Didn’t even think about that. Most areas and businesses are open in America, with restrictions of course. Certain states open then close then open again, back and forth. Didn’t really think about a business being closed for 7 months straight though. This whole situation is just depressing and vile.

Roelof is 100% correct. The whole Covid thing bascially completely shut Italy down and has created a huge mess that has affected all of us that do business with manufacturers there!!!

Default 17011 alternative?

Hey guys, just wondering what a good alternative to a 17011 bearing would be. Seems like the only ones I can find are on the other side of the world. Any luck with ceramics in the front or should I stick to steel? Also, double seal or single seal? Thanks in advance

That is he 7x19x6x6,3 bearing?

Just get any 7x19x6 bearing and an 0.3mm shim for behind the cone. (although the shim is not realy needed)

Hi all,
I just got back into the Nitro game again this year and boy has it been fun! I am trying to pair some of my engines with pipes and have a few questions. I have a Nova BTTA WC with a 41021 header and 9901 pipe and the engine absolutely screams. I have read through the forums and people say the 2096 is a great pipe for the engine as it gives a bit more top end. I have also read that the 2096 is a bit more restrictive than older pipes (say the OG 9986) to comply with the latest ERFA rules. Can somebody comment on the performance differences between the older 9886 pipes and the newer 2096? I have a 9886 that I am going to try, but would also like to know if I will gain additional performance (mid-top) with a 2096.
Thank you!

hipex 2135 evo 2 is better on every nova ive ever tried than the 2096,9901,9986. the 2096 sucks IMO and double sucks on the btt . the hipex 2108 is great for truggy and on most of the extra long stroke motors.

good to know this.Just installed an Ielasi Tuned exhaust( rebadged hipex 2135) on my novarossi px 3 port in my serpent buggy. Too cold to run but I’m looking forward to see how it runs, and eventually pairing it with my Ielasi Hummer 7t nova based engine I plan on installing in the future.

Thanks for the recommendation! I don't believe the BTT is an extra long stroke motor though, correct?

Novarossi marine USA said they received a small shipment of parts from them. It was on one of their Facebook posts.
