So which pipe is known for being a more low end pipe: 9853 or 9901?

Hey guys I have the Maxy cinco Bt and love the pipe setup I have wich is the 2096 and 41019 but I have switched to the mugen mbx6r and the pipe doesnt fit well, but I think there are nova headers for the mugens that keep the pipe closer to the tank so the pipe doesnt hit the body and mud guard. My question is what header is it that works on the mugen and is the most similar to the 41019? If there are two headers one with a bit more torque but similar to the 41019 that would be great.
Thanks for the help

How do they compare?

Have you modified any of the new Keep-Off 7-ports? What were the results?

Default P5 pipe!

I'm sure I'm not the only one to ever try this. But today at the track. My son bent the header and stinger on his jp2 pipe he was running on his stock p5. The thing ran great With. The jp2. All i had in my bag of goodies to finish out the day was a 2013 pipe and header From my old Orion. Holy crap man that pipe was like putting on jet pack on the buggy. It woke the p5 up and it screamed twice as hard and his run time went way up. It totalyrips with the 2013 on it. Its not gonna be a back up pipe any more! Lol!

I have the Keep Off's here..they are modified but the cranks are still drying ! stock vs stock the Keep Off is supposed to have a slightly crisper bottom and slightly better mileage.....I am sure when modified they are going to rip balls just like the Bonito does.....too early to say how much practical difference the new bearing makes .....

Tough one to answer, as they both deliver good torque. I would chose 9853 over 9901 if I wanted more grunt at the expense of mileage.

the 41029 header is for the mugen and i think it the only nova header that works with mugen. i have one but havent ran it yet as i got it this winter both the mugen and the header

My experience is nil with the 9901, but i have tried it and tuned many others with that pipe. I believe the 9853 will deliver better topend. I ran that pipe alot. 9901 may have an edge down low and probably delivers better mileage.

9853 is the most open design nova pipe made (as well as the 9886) , it is geared toward low end grunt but it also can be tuned for RIPPIN top without being leaned to the moon , i run this pipe on the truck 95% of the time and the 9901ss the other 5% if i want to tame the engine down a touch and gain a little runtime (usually within 35-40 sec of each other)

9901ss is an efra legal pipe , it is made to be restrictive on purpose but out of many of the efra legal pipes it is one of the best
9853ss is not efra legal

hope this helps

my thoughts exactly. The 41029 header is compact but a little longer than the 41001. great answer buddy.
