Yes, it will work great.

On my Toro Nero, I switch between the 9853 (strong bottom end), and the 9901 (smoother bottom, more top end). I use the 41029 header on my Mugen because of the tight fit.

I not sure if you'll need it for the Serpent though. If you have enough room, the 41021 header is the one to get.

the 41021 and 41020 work just fine on the Mugen Truggy as well

Slapped a Nova Roma 25 in my managers Kyosho GT2 with a 9886/41001 combo. Ran 8 tanks through it today. Holy chit!! Running rich as snot half throttle it was wheel spinning in second gear! This thing is gonna be a straight up rocket!! Now I'm starting to regret telling him to get it.:lol::lol:

Trying to decide which restrictor to put in once it's broken in. Any thoughts?

I would just stick with the 7mm unless he thinks it's just way too fast.

Excellent, thanks.

I think there's room in the serpent with 41021 header that's on it, I'll aveva look.

Cheers

From the neobuggy write up it doesn't sound like that will be making it to the USA

Herrsavage 06-07-2012 08:05 AM

What would be an ideal pipe and plug for that Volksmotor?

For that Price of 156.891 USD. I may have to contact my German friend and order one or two. and with NO VAT tax it maybe cheaper.

Pipe I would said 2096 or the 9901

I will also ask him about that too.

Muggydude 06-07-2012 09:03 AM

Seams like from the Plus 4 family?

Herrsavage 06-07-2012 09:13 AM

I know RB have been selling off old parts reconfigured into "new" engines for dirt cheap prices - they are up to the V4 of their "Blast" engine, also only available in Germany.. Awesome engine btw.. Though the price for this newest one has shot right upt..
