is more easy for me, if you tell me the number of the turns, of each iddle............

thanks for your help.

Back the idle screw out just until the air gap closes, then turn idle screw in 1 1/4 turns. This should have your idle gap close. I'm about a 1/4 turn in from flush on hsn and lsn but that will be different with depending on fuels and weather.

the 97t temp is much cooler than the werks 5 or the os p3 plugs. i have seen a couple of werks motors run with the 97t plug and after they switched to a hotter plug like the werks or os they ran WAY better. and they were tuned pretty good with both plugs.

If the B5 rods are in stock get it. If not the competition rod will work. I put one in my B6 with no problems. I think the competition rod is 60 or 70.

I purchased a new B5 & sent the other 1 to Neil @ Clockwork for his magic touch.

Thanks for the response

Hi guys,
Im running a Werks B5 with 2013 pipe, alum clutch and 13t CB. My motor has about 16 tanks on it and has easy to break in and tune afterwards. Ive been reading about people getting around 10min a tank with this motor, I am getting 7:30 barely!! Another thing, temp is 235-240, is that ok? Is that its operating temp? It has very good power and smokes great, I run on a track with 2 veeery long straights the motor seems to top out a little too soon so I may try a 14t CB, I think I could lean it a tad but I like it in the safe zone as I have it now.
Any advice?
Thanks

If you have plenty of smoke then continue to lean it out. Each engine will run at different temps. I was in the same situation you are now a few weeks ago. I ended up leaning the engine out few hours and picked up more run time while still making plenty of smoke. Engine runs at about 245-255 with no issues. Getting about 10 minutes on a large track.

You can also mess with you throtle EPA and EXPO to pick up additional time.
