Cool. What benefit does this design provide over a non-square bore/stroke engine?

much greater efficiency. Like the Press Release states, power of a .28, run time of a .21

The .23 engine has been my baby since 2005, but up until last year I had to use parts from different engines to build them which was never cost effective to make. Now that I work with the JS Racing factory the "Stroker" as some know I called it, is it's own complete engine ready to sip nitro and spit fire to become the "Hellfire" lol....:)

that'll be cutting it close! I'm sure its's getting ready to start snowing there soon. It's been really cold all week here in NY. leaves are falling like crazy already.

I'll take IS, but it's got to be, Gonna Be until they're released. I know a few diehard truggy locals that are probably drooling on their keyboards.:tire:

is there a trick to tunning with eb mods fuel? I have 30 percent race blend and am having a very hard time with it.

any tips would be greatly appreciated.

rallyebmx 09-11-2010 05:13 AM

No trick. But what are you switching from and what engine?

well you know how i preach that we get awesome runtime with our fuel?

well it dont come from leaving our needles where they were with other fuels. most likely you WERE running fuel that needs must richer needle settings, and chances are you have to lean the engine out alot with EBMods fuel..

if this is in your OS based engines set your needles to this.

IDLE: 1-1/8 (from JUST closed)
HSN: 2-1/8
LSN: 3-1/2 (hold WOT when bottoming)
MRN: 3-1/4 (hold WOT when bottoming)

OS P4 plug w/ 2060 pipe. if your not running a 2060 start with the bottom (LSN) at 4 turns and work your way in.

Compared to most fuels on the market you should find yourself leaning both needles 1/4 turn or more.
