Very nice to meet you at Motorama Ed. It was nice being able to put faces with alot names I talk to online. Motors ran great after a little tune up help before you made it in Saturday.

If ya need some testing done, I'm sure Tyler would give stuff a good evaluation.

Not bad. Tyler felt he could have done alot better than he did. His first round of qualifying was his only good round and he needed 2 good ones. He won both bug and trug quals first round with pretty good lap and times. He has never driven on a blown out track like Motorama and made mistakes. I made mistakes too and we both learned alot.

He ended up E-main in buggy, finished 2nd and bumped to D, then he pretty much got punted everytime he tried to make moves to advance and finished
5th.

Made D-main in truggy, won it,bumped to C, and lost steering servo and weekend was over.

Best part was Kris Moore congratulated him and told him he did an awesome job. That made us both feel better. We both really wanted to do better with Mugen being there. Lots of people told him he did well for only racing 2 years now. Still seams to be ALOT of people who are/get mad because a 10 year old is as fast as he is and they tend to push him around alot on track. He got alot of that last year too. He is about to the point he is not going to put up with it. He yelled at a guy at a race last summer towards the end that kept jumping tubes and trying to take him out.

He is very appreciative of all his sponsors help and just wants to run good for them.

We can't wait for summer!! I think Ed may have to build us a couple full mods to try out.

Thanks Ed!!!

I gotta say the Hellfire is an awesome engine for truggy. I was actually able to gear my truck up one tooth on the spur (not clutchbell) for added top speed without losing any bottom end or run time (10+ minutes).

I used a Dynamite 086 pipe, 7mm restrictor and Dynamite #5 plug. I look forward to testing out different things over the next month to see how much more the engine can do.

Since this was the last race I'll be sporting the orange and black paint scheme I thought I would post a pic of my truck with the Hellfire in action. From now on though it's blue and yellow...

well I tried anew pipe out on the street the other day it was a losi lst pipe with a 086 header on my 21. It seemed to smoothen the bottom end out and from my watch I was getting over aminute more of run time. I will post more results as soon as it stops raining and I get it on the track.

If you guys are looking for a smooth powerband from low to mid, good top speed and awesome run time for the .21, the Dynamite 2081 pipe with a 6mm restrictor is a pretty good combo.

The pipe is pretty inexpensive and I was able to get almost 12 minutes on a tank with it at The Nitro Pit. I still want to test a lot more pipes but for run time I think the 2081 might be tough to beat.

If anyone has a 2041 that they don't use and want to sell cheap (or rent out for a weekend... ), shoot me a pm. I would really like to try one out.
