I got the 21-7fms that I only have 3/4 of a gallon of fuel through it.I went to the track for the first time to finish break-in and have noticed oily dirt collecting around the rubber boot on the carb and at the base of the carb. It's only a small amount and just need to know if it's anything to worry about.

if its from me it is probably just the lubrication that i use to assemble the engine . it will collect a little dust ;)

Seems to be running ok.Was still taking it easy and rich since the temps were consistently around 250.Thanks for the reply.

if it is consistent then it sounds like its ok .

when the engine drops its nuts then you can race tune it and see the serious power the engine design has
