Anyone happen to know when Monty is due back? I sent him a toro nero that was delivered last week and I haven't been able to confirm that he received it. I'm hoping it hasn't been sitting on his porch for a week.

Default Engine dying after pitting

I have a problem with my engine dying after making a pit stop. Usually within the first 70ft or less. Acts like it loads up with fuel. Hold the throttle open on the starter box after words and fires up within a few seconds and runs fine. Just so you know its a RB C6. I have two of these motors, one of which ran fine on the truggy. Took it off and put it on my new buggy and is doing the same thing. My other engine has been on my losi with three different fuel tanks and lines. Also have had both of them on my D8 with same results. Tried fuel filter on pressure side and return side. Low speed has a high idle for 10 to 20 sec. and then idles down. Have tried duplicating problem at home and can not get it to act up. Just seems to happen on race day. I was wondering if maybe a little longer pressure line might help the problem. Any info would be greatly appreciated as this is getting frustrating.
Thanks for your help

its usually just tuning isues chevy .

another issue with flames after pits are plugs there are some issues with certain plugs , another issue is the way you throttle the car before during and after the fueling in the pits .

theres always something that gets overlooked

we did some more testing with the plus 4 in truggy this weekend and all i can say is "WOW!!!" .

our trucks were off the hook , definitely not outmotored in anyway .

one was bone stock and of course mine had mod head button , ceramic rear main bearing , lightened piston and a little crank work

sorry , i have to

both engines with dynamite 086hs pipesets , 053/9853 would have worked well also i am sure
7mm restrictors . one associated and one kyosho st-rr
