heres a total out of the blue question, anyone using O'Donnell v2 turbo plugs? are the tapers different? i have a reds te2 and a werks b6 pro, wanted to try them

hope my question isnt out of place, i just cant find any info on these plugs and what they fit, or even worth trying, they have an interesting heat range

I have been running OD97t's for years and now the V2 OD plugs with zero issues, I have not checked the taper but I assume they are the same.

IMHO nothing wrong with pro-line, I have a lot of their new sets of tires. Just wondering when you switched.

you're doing good 33 second laps inbetween the bad ones, you just need to string a number of good ones together, stay clean and out of trouble. Try to get out of the pits in clear space, not in a pack.

Monty, what are the stock settings for the x5 race?

Looking at it, the ls and hs look to be both a little bit out from flush.

Or are they similar to my p5? 4 out on the hsn and 5 out on the lsn?

My X5 Race with a 2096 pipe is a little in from Flush on the HSN and about a turn in from flush on the LSN with idle gap around a .6
If you lost your tune going to flush and starting over will get you started at least.

Thanks, sorta what I was thinking but just wanted to confirm.

stupid question but what is the different between the O'Donnel 1/10 hot plugs and the 1/8 hot plugs? #77 1/10 hot and 277t V2 ultra competition hot plug

From what I understand the 277t is a newer version of the 77t with a different updated "2.0 wire technology" It looks the the 288t would be comparable to the 97t.

Hopefully someone that's used them can shed some more light on the differences. I'd be interested to see how well they'd work in a p5xlt.

I haven't ran the 277t but I do run odonnell plugs in my fusion engines as the Nova plugs in Vietnam are about twice as expensive and hard to find
