Monty,
thanks for the tip on the driver. You were correct, wrong driver. The hudy one is worth every penny. Got the head screws out and replaced without a fuss.

Everything is still running great. Last weekend was a real test for engine tuning...92*F + about 80% humidity. Almost everyone was having problems. Engines that were in great tune the week before didn't get the needles touched and were :flaming: all day. Myself and a few other guys, on the other hand, took the time to retune in practice and have another racer listen to our idle while we were up on the stand. You got to be in it to win it! I was almost a turn lean on the bottom and half turn to fat on the top. Kept the same temps, smoothed out the response, improved top end performance, and kept the run time...walking away from other engines down the front straight :ha:

the odonnell speed blend is a good fuel actually , recommend adding about 1 oz of castor per gallon though

anyone know where i could just buy a 28-7t engine block i have a screw break off on the back plate and no way to get it out?
