Looking for your input on a motor for my truggy, our track has some tight turns with big jumps and not a lot of room to get speed. Need something with a lot of low-mid power.

actually i think you would be impressed with the X3 lightning with 9853ss/41021 , it has buku torque

Lol... Yeah I know you were telling me about it. That's one of the reasons I was looking at it. It's on my wish list for my next engine.

Same here...when my H.E.S. Bonito wears out, the X7 Xtreme FM will be my next engine. At less than 2 gals, it will not be anytime soon.

I am currently waiting in the wings for the X7X FM. I am extremely anxious to get this mill from Monty. I also ordered the Buku Clutch from him to go with it. I feel like im waiting for my first born! LOL. Its my first Nitro setup so im nervous as hell about making my debut at the track.

I received my X7X from Monty last month, He went over and beyond, and got this engine ready for me for the Rcpro race.

You will love this engine. I run it in my Truggy and Im very happy , I have been running Werks engines for years and decided to try the Fusion, I will be ready in the near future for X3 for my buggy. Also have a few racing friends that will be contacting Monty soon when where engines start to drop...

Hey Monty, Get some HES shirts... XL Tees... Going to Pro state Finals next month in Tx... 225 racers Plus sponcers.. need to.. SHOW OFF THE TEAM!!!

You wont find better service anywhere then HES....

 pun intended i'm sure ;)

Thanks for the kind words guys , i am pretty busy right now and have been trying to take some family time and some race time out lately , some engine orders have been delayed

Its all good Monty. You need to race too, and we all know about family time. Enjoy it.

I too am slipping in some racing before a short family vacation next weekend. Looking forward to stretching the legs on my plus 4 tomorrow on a larger track.

HES RULES!

being a racer (pretty good at that) is a downfall and yet a huge benefit to me designing, building and working on engines as i know what is what with these micromotors and tailor them to how i like them to feel , in turn it makes for an excellent product but sometimes it can take a little while to get your engine from me if i am super busy with life ,work and racing , i try my best guys

happy motorin',
Monty

Monty,
thanks for the help today via text. It was a little out of balance probably because it was F'in hot and humid out here on the east coast. Got it figured out by the 2nd round and everything went well. There were 2 HES engines today at the track, took 2nd and 4th. I fell of pace and ran the last 6 minutes of the 20 minute main with my rear left tire almost completley coming unglued. DOH!!
