Which is the best bang for the buck? P3xs or X3 or X3 tuned or B6

x7 XTREME H.E.S equals INSANE POWER!

I have purchased motors from good ole Mr Houston before and have had several conversations with him on many different occasions so when he told me how much he liked his x7 I knew I had to get one. I really believe in his work which is second to none.

I bought the x7 xtreme with H.E.S. modifications. I put over 1.5 gallons on it before race tuning. Even after 1.5 gallons of nitro there was still a large amount of friction between piston and sleeve. I mean you just cant beat the cnc NOVAROSSI pistons. I finally leaned out the mixture to see what I was working with and.....OMFG! POWER POWER POWER. I fell in love with this mill. Let's just say I don't have to worry bout getting passed by OS vspecs anymore.

Thanks again monty. Jim and yourself have really outdone yourselves with this one.

Hey Monty, i just pulled apart a 21-4 with 2 gallons on it. It seems like the wrist pin and rod has a little extra resistance than normal. It is smooth but just feels like a tad much resistance, Is this alright for somewhat of a new engine?

After 2 gallons I wouldn't expect that tight of a fit between the to rod bushing and the wrist pin?

Some new sets are fairly tight though

Or lower ;)

You can get by with .60mm

In the end doesn't it really just matter how well your engines run?
