thanks aging

Werks will be the same as the MTE or the Orion Alpha line. the are both manufactured in the LM factory.. Sirio will work also.. But Werks or Orion Alpha will be the cheapest..

Hi guys. Here are the inserts available through Horizon:

Don't pick the US Spec set though, the US Spec won't fit the Team Orion Alpha line... as long as it says Alpha, you're good to go.

we did run the #6, but believe it or not, it was because that's all we had! If I had #5, I would have run that... this will tell you how much I like Team Orion glow plugs. I would rather run our plug in the wrong heat range than use a different plug in the right heat range! no BS :tire:

3 port Alpha ABI

Thanks Pitpop and everybody else on this thread!  My new Team Orion Alpha ABI .21 3 port Competition engine ORI80647 is on its way, shipped today.:smile::cool: I largely made the decision based on info I gleaned reading all the post and Team Orion's stellar reputation. I will need to find a 2013 or 2058 pipe fairly soon. I elected not to buy the combo with the 2066. A pipe, 2 servos and a starter box is all i need to complete my NEW 6T build. Cant wait to post some feedback on it. Thanks again

I'm not Pitpop, but I've got experience with that pipe.. You'll see nice smooth power from top to bottom. It might feel soft on the bottom to some, but IMO it is just a very smooth transitioning pipe.. All in all you'll be happy with it, unless you really like a lot of bottom punch, in which case you'll like the 2013 best...

No Problem always here to help..

Anyone have any idea when the Discovery engines are supposed to be back in stock?? I really want an Orion engine, but I also wanna go to PNB, and the Worlds Edition engines are now an expected delivery of early April, WTF?? Just last weekend it was still late this month..

Looks like I am going to be buying a Werks B6.. Damn shame too.

Hi Andrew. This pipe is very smooth, but IMO doesn't have the snap of the 2013 or 2058. Not that this matters, because we choke all our engines down anyway. There is no way you can run any of these engines full noodle with an 8mm insert and 2013 pipe in your buggy. It's just too much power. If it tunes to your liking, makes power, and fuel economy, I would run it. If the engine doesn't make full rpm or you don't feel comfortable, try the 2058.

I wish I had more to share with you guys about delivery of the new engines, but I don't. I know they are working as fast as they can on the stuff, and they have been since Worlds. I think you might see the Worlds edition engine before April. (just an educated guess :))
