I think those cranks might still be able to purchase but they are expensive really expensive.
They are available if you are able to find a shop that has one, RBUSA had one left a few months back, but I bought it. They aren't made at all anymore but there has to be a few out there somewhere. Like Don said tho they are a very expensive part, if you do find one tho it might be at a clearance price. |

Wrist pin
I'm changing the rod on my S5 and I can't get the wrist pin out. I have the c-clip out and the pin is tight in the piston. Do you need to heat the piston to get it out and reheat to reinstall it.
Thanks |
does any know the stock settings on a c6 bb thanks

i have a question i just got the rb hobby, 9 5 port and im breaking it in and i heated it with a heat gun at 180 , degress and the glow plug is bright red and good im using a meduim hot, #5 plug and the idle is open enough. well i bliped the throttle a couple of, times to clear it out than i let it go back to idle but with the glow inighter, on and when its off it will shut off.
should i lean the main and lsn, needle out a little bit or something ? it dint come with a restricter so i added, a # 8 one is that the reason why i wont keep running so i have, to lean the neddles a bit ? anybody ? |

I would suggest you open up the idle a little. The mechanical pinch of the motor can snuff them out until they break in some. Once it is broken in some you can turn it back down. :tire:
ok the idle is a bit more than 1mm , i did have a hard time starting it though may be i should preheat the engine intill it gets 200 degress. oh yea i know there tight the piston got stuck quite a few times. |

The best fuel economy I have had was running the 192 header and 2045 pipe. I tried a few of the JP pipes and never had very good luck with them, I think all I ever tried was a JP1 and a JP2 tho.
