I cannot go to Nats this year work is slow and I am on a budget  but I do know Bobby Tillman (mugen guy from Az) will be there this weekend to battle with you guys.
see ya

Ahh yes I will test it out for sure, I currently run Byrons and I like the fuel but it does leave a lot of build up in the engine. I know when I ran nitrotane (Also made by VP) my engines always looked great when I pulled them apart.

I hope Tillman is checking in with Randy a lot about racing up here this weekend. The race has already been pushed back to Sunday because of weather and with the forecast it could possibly be a lake by Sunday.

The best fuel economy I have had was running the 192 header and 2045 pipe. I tried a few of the JP pipes and never had very good luck with them, I think all I ever tried was a JP1 and a JP2 tho.

What the difference between the Sport 10, Junior 9, and the Nova N21R?

The Junior 9 is a 3 port square stroke motor that is Nova based.

Sport 10 is a 3 port motor that is made in Taiwan that is based on the K9/K10

The Nova N21R is very similar to the Junior 9, they have the same bore and stroke and are both 3 port engines with standard plugs. I am pretty sure Nova has a new 3 port out (P3??) that is now a long stroke motor.

If those were your choices of what u are going to buy go with the Junior 9.
I personally own one and just broke in and race tuned one for a friend. For the money it is the best engine you can get IMO. Put a 2045 pipe and either a 192mm or 198mm header and you will be :)

As long as the engine is fully broken a good race tune usually has the LSN very close to flush with the HSN also very close to flush. Depending on the header and pipe you use the HSN may end up in from flush.

Dynamite pipe

Hi All,

Have anyone tried the Dynamite Platinum 053 Midrange Inline exhaust system on the C5 or C6? Hows the performance and mileage? Thanks

It will run pretty good on that pipe but the fuel mileage isn't going to be very good. If you want the best possible fuel economy for that engine you should go with the 2045 pipe. I have heard the Nova 9901 pipe works great too but have not tried it myself.

Hi Chris,

Im using the RB2045 pipe and 192 header now, but the mileage doesnt seem to be that good on a tight and technical track. Im getting 7.5mins only.

I also didn't have good luck with the 2045 pipe but I was running it on the K9.I like the RE10 pipe good power and get about 9:30 to 10:00 min on a tank. With the 2045 my temps went up 20 deg and got less mileage.

I find that the 2045 doesnt have the punch at low to midrange as well for a very tight track..Any other views on the Dynamite 053..?
