Congratulations you just built the newest engine from RB. RB Engine LIMITED EDITION 1. It's an S5 with a turbo head with an WS7 crank. Getting a little sick of all these limited edition flavors. I run my S5 with a turbo head also and really like it. I love how all the parts from the RB S series are interchangeable.

Cool, I have been running the WS7 crank in my Hobby 9 for about a month now. The crank was fairly new, I bought it for my modded S7 I have.

Hello gofast,
I am getting 10-11 mins with 25% Byrons Pro fuel, 7mm restrictor, and exhaust cooler. Engine is so smooth and the power is there when you need it.
I'm planning on getting another one very soon and sending it out to ABmods for stage 2 modification.

Your K9 looks awesome !!!! I am about to do some R+D with its sister engine the JLR......How is the wear on the engine, I hear the new billet piston holds its pinch for quite some time....

Thanks! I tell you what Maximo I have at least 3 gallons on my Killer 9, when its cold its hard as hell to rotate the flywheel from under the chassis. Temps are always low too, 200 to 220 f

Holy crap! I just checked the price of the Force JL rod, $23.76 at Nitro House. I gotta order one!

Hey Aaron. How do you compare it with the C6??

aaron joy 12-04-2009 07:22 PM

I think the C6 has a little more bottom end but the Killer 9 more top.

Since alot of guys are saying that the parts are interchangeable. Has anyone tried running a WS7 crank in a S3?

aaron joy 12-06-2009 03:58 AM

It will work, I am running a WS7 crank in my Hobby 9 (S5).
S3, S5, and S7 all share the same crank.

whats up with the guy standing on a table on the drivers stand? usually we only let short drivers (kids) have a stand. nothing like trying to see the track with somebody's m11 in your way. i see than i move down a couple spots.
