Chad, my fully modded Extech should be here tomorrow. Any tips? I got 3 #5 and 3 #6 plugs to start and will be running the 086 with 30%. Going in the 808. Just lookin for some advice to make it go smooth.

Got a banner coming to to fly the colors. I'm going to TRY to make to the Worlds warm up 2 in at the Farm as I have traveling there for work. I have my fingers crossed that the dates will work!

Thanks!
Matt

Hey what's up?! Damn we all get around on these forums!

Anyway thanks for asking. This year has been a blast so far & only looks to get better & better. Master Louie had some new dirt trucked in that stays together so good it's almost like he mix some kind of glue in it! lol Also all brand new yellow pipe has just been laid down with a new layout that will be completed before this Sunday's race, the start of the first annual Northeast Super Series (NESS) sponsored by RC Driver and GMK Supply.

It's a 4 race point series with 2-races held at Barnstormers & 2-races held at Wolcott Hubby's. It should be a blast! ;)

Well couldn't resist the temptation, just ordered the last eb modded pre run extech at Amain. Gonna drop her in my XT8, will a 086 be a good setup? Also will the OS p4 work well in these hot summer temps in the midwest?

The 086 is a great pipe for this motor. It is an absolute screamer!!

The 086 makes killer mid and top end. I think the 2013 will add some bottom but take away a little top end.
Peak hp numbers don't tell the whole story, but you knew that already. ;)

I know that as well !!!!

anyways props to Trinity and EB Mods for some killer results on the Extech engines ....2.0 HP for a Offroad .21 is absolutely fantastic, no matter what pipe is being used... I eagerly look forward to seeing the dyno graphs and how each pipe affects the powerband..I am also eagerly looking forward to more info on the .24 !

The 2013 is a strong bottom powerband pipe. The 086 will make mid to topend power and scream. I would say neither pipe is THE best pipe. Your track will depict which pipe works best for you along with how you drive. Small-medium track with technical jumps, 2013. It you have a medium to large track with run-up room to the jumps, 086. You'll have to actually run them on the track to find out. Thats why have some many pipes now!

I have switched between the 086 and the 053. I have been using the 053 because our track is small and technical with small run ups to the jumps. I am also running it in a heavy truggy too.
