Yes, the Extech engine are crazy fast with all around power! I've been watching them on the track & it seems that everyone that has one in their car is doing a lot better...

Love the power of the Extech! So far, the best engine I have run.

Joe A. - I don't have Ed's email at home, can you send it over. I need to touch base with him before next weekend at the barn!

Dan, I seen how Kelby tried to molest you around that sweeper but you weren't having it & at the next sweeper he went Flip, Tumble & roll...!!! :deathstar lol That was HOT! Nice driving!!!

Thanks

unless the HP and Tq are printed on a X-Dyno or EB's dyno they mean nothing, what you see in magazines about claimed HP is BS on most engines

ebmods.com click on dyno sheets and you will get and idea

I'm about sick and tired of the Go-Tech carb issues and am in the market for a new engine. I'm looking at the GRP and the Ex-Tech .21's.

Is this too much engine for someone still working on consistency? I can log decent lap times, but I have trouble stringing them together still. I've been running 8th buggy for 2 months now.

Does it chew up tires really quick? I haven't won the lottery yet, so...

Also, does it tune like a normal engine, or does it tune like a retarded monkey like I'm getting far too used to with the Go?

Will it take P3 plugs? I have a stockpile of them because the Go kept cooking them, so I want to have a use for them.

(P.S., nothing against Go, when it had a tune on it it was a decent motor.)

semple im in the same boat as you, i just orderd an eb tuned extech so i will let you know how my experience goes. I have a go tech 3 port and 7 port, im tired of trying to deal with the go techs.

Good to know I'm not alone. I will check back often for your review.

Maybe I'll have to sell my P3's and get P4's. Haha.

Also, I have a JP-3. I'll have to pick something else up, I guess.

Thanks, guys.

Fastest engines I've ever ran! Ed has just taken them to a whole new level, with the fully modded version.

Ooooh STOP down playing them! They are rockets without the wings but smooth as a babys (((BEEP!))) :D
