I had a guy on here offer me one for 210. He claims it's new. I wish I had the money I would have bought it in a heartbeat. Don't wanna give out the name as maybe he was just trying to help me out but if you were needing one you might ask on here maybe he wants to sell it.

Just an FYI... We (go engine usa) is about to start a promotion on the GX-5R, here in the US. Most of our team guys (and myself) use the 5 port in both buggy and truggy. This includes Ryan Lopez and Matt Sistrunk... both of whom have 7 and 5 ports in their possession.

This is by far our best selling engine, and I've secured a deal with Taiwan that will help bring it to the dealers at a lower cost.

Also, some of you may have noticed, but I posted an announcement through neobuggy and buggy sport that we are looking to expand the USA team. Almost all of these will be 50% sponsorships (basically dealer cost). For those of you interested, send an email to [email protected]. Please do not send me PMs, as I will probably miss them. Please be patient, as we are already getting flooded with requests. Either Matt Sistrunk or I will respond to each of the emails sent to this box.

Well I don't have the race results built up to apply yet but I'm excited about the pricing coming down! Not that it was really high to begin with.

Yes, I liked all 3 grid girls, what an awesome idea that was to have em at 2009 Truggy Nats.

More Aussie RC events should have promo/grid girls.

So combined with a good driver it has the scope and tunability to compete with the best of them. The US now has awesome support with these engines ! between Trey from Go USA and Mike from Answer USA you cannot go wrong !

I actually PM'ed him about getting some stock head buttons if he had any. I can mod the sleeve and induction timing here myself, and know what I like to run for my marine application, but just curious as to what he has found for the buggy market. Wondered if they were around the same timing numbers, or not. Perhaps he can even turn the buttons down for me, that would be perfect, as I dont have a bench top lathe.......YET......

I have a really nice mod for the 5 port, we ran that motor for 2 years, I would put my newest version up against the Mg66 and other motors for power and mileage. I have been working lately on modding the cranks for mileage. I have 2 motors being tested right now and hope they are run at the Worlds this year. Regardles of brand I have been seing good increases in mileage and powerband.
