They have sufficient voltage: 3.3v*4= 13.2v, which is greater than a 12v gel cell, so you'll get greater RPMs than with a 12v. Additionally, you get higher discharge rates (in AMPERES) with LiFe than both lipo and gel cell. Then there's the safety aspect. 12v gel batteries are acidic and lipos will BBQ your box if you run them all the way down. With a LiFe pack, you get the best of both worlds.

Can you show me a link to the type of life your refering, I'd like to check it out.

Next order arrives in 2 weeks, which will be my bi-weekly GX engine inventory refresh.

For those of you that are waiting on parts from amain, they should be well-stocked next week.

Also, if any of you are looking for break-in services, ask any of the dealers on here send me an inquiry and I'll point you to the right people.
Thanks!

Trey, I am gonna shoot you an email about some stuff I need.

I left myself wide open for that one.

Very clever

I run lifeo in my truggy, was wondering about the ones mentioned above for my starter box.

hey... this is the type I'm using, but not the mfgr:
http://www.maxamps.com/products.php?cat=22

It should fit, but I havent tried this specific pack. I'm working on getting some that will fit, but they will have to be tested thoroughly and from a trusted manufacturer- Ive been burned by chinese battery manufacturers before.

Default Caster with GO .25 engine

Hi All

Sorry if this question has been asked, I know you will probably get fed up with repeat questions from noobs! (Ihave been searching for an hour for an answer)

Anyway I am about to start breaking in my UK Caster ZX1.5r RTR, it comes fitted with the RTR Go .25 engine, does this engine have the conventional short LSN or the GO long LSN.

It has the black coolling head, with silver block. I can get pictures if required.

Thanks to anyone who takes the time to answer.
