Ran my .25 Go in a truggy on the weekend and it ran great.
Something I noticed at the end of the 6 minute heats was there was a slight hesitation on stand still to take off, as though there was a delay of fuel going to the carb for a split second.
The tune was perfect, 3 second pinch test and good trail of smoke on the top end. Temps around the 115c or 230f range. Motor has done 3 litres of fuel (3/4 of a gallon).
I can't work out what could be causing the hesitation.
Any ideas?
Thanks

I had similiar attitude with my 5 port in my 5t. The GO's like to be a hair lean on the bottom and richer on the hsn side. I chased it with the normal pinch test and came up with a richer hsn and less run out on the lsn pinch test. This seemed to be the ticket and ran perfect. Go back to factory settings and start with the lsn and then just a touch on the top. Thats what I ended up to get mine.

I am running a 2027 pipe, I think the 2047 replaced the 2027. It's a top end pipe.
The HSN is where it was from the factory (flush). The LSN is 1 3/4 turns in from flush.
Idle gap i about .7 mm.
The engine runs great, it goes straight back to an even idle when I'm off the throttle.
Has good clean take off after 10 seconds.
MassiveMods might be onto something with the exhaust seal. There is a tiny bit of movement when I move the header side to side. There is no oil mess around this area though.
Could the exhaust leaking out where the header connects to the engine cause a lack of pressure so fuel is not being pushed for a split second?
