sorry 'bout the broken links. I've been working on organizing some of the images in the new photobucket account.
Anyways... Here's FLYIN' Ryan Lopez: http://i794.photobucket.com/albums/y...1/IMG_6814.jpg http://i794.photobucket.com/albums/y...1/IMG_6811.jpg Ryan fighting it out with Mike Battaile for 3rd. This was some of the most intense back-and forth competition. Even the 1st and 2nd place guys did their best to stay out of the way. Simply AWESOME battle! http://i794.photobucket.com/albums/y...1/IMG_6832.jpg Lopez, ready to pounce. http://i794.photobucket.com/albums/y...1/IMG_6843.jpg On the pipe, through the bowl turn: http://i794.photobucket.com/albums/y...1/IMG_6848.jpg We noticed this after the race. Not too shabby, finishing 2nd in pro buggy w/ a mangled turnbuckle! http://i794.photobucket.com/albums/y...1/IMG_6879.jpg |
Here are some more!
Bill Shepherd airing out his GX-5R powered Xray in the open truggy a-main! http://i794.photobucket.com/albums/y...1/IMG_6739.jpg http://i794.photobucket.com/albums/y...1/IMG_6759.jpg puddin' on the pipe, through the bowl turn... http://i794.photobucket.com/albums/y...1/IMG_6768.jpg |

http://s794.photobucket.com/albums/y...t=f4b819c9.flv 7 ports in Truggy interesting ... Matt can you tell us your experience ? On my Hotbodies D8T i tried my beloved .25 and was very good, then Trey asked me to try the GX5R and i loved it (+1 tooth on bell needed to tame down the low punch), but i always been a fan of 7 ports ... so your experience and opinion can be very useful ... thanks, |
that's his buggy... he's got a 5R in his truggy.
|
It is strange seeing Hudy Spring Steel bend like that. At least Ryan has the skills to bring it home.

GO engines ROCK! in the on-road 1/8 GT cars.
I ran my modded 7-port in one of my DM-1's last year and it was fast. |
