I tunned in a 5 port for a friend this weekend with the 2047 and all i can say is this pipe is awesome, the first bit of throttle input is very responsive and crisp with a very hard pull through the top end, when the mid range hits it really starts barkin, a must for GO 5 and 7 ports. I will have them available as well once they get into the US

For the 5 port turbo head, will I want a hot, cold, or medium plug?

Also, what's the price range for the GO pipe?

Thanks.

I don't believe the Go pipe is out in the U.S. yet, and I was told to use an O.S. P3 plug

DH3 most of the time i run a P3, if your running indoors and it is coll inside you can run a P6, the cooler cleaner air doesn't require a ultra hot like the P6, but the P3 is the most used and they have always been good to me. For the pipe, from what Jason said, I think they are in the process of shipping, and from what i was told they should be around what a JP pipe sells for, that may have changed from the last i heard.

Jay, I'm assumming you mean the 3 port sport, the Pro is not out yet. The sport 3 is very punchy= allot of tourque on the bottom, feel like the pro 5 port but the 5 is a little smoother, you get some top by using the turbo head and it is a great little mill for the price, we have small to med size tracks here and they will run with just about anything. very good motor. The carb is good on the 3 ports, i almost like the old style better myself, it gave more of an abrupt feel in the bottom end, but they tune great. The new 3 ports are supposed to be a real powerhouse mill, if the exaust is taken care of like it is on the 5 and 7 and the work inside the case is the same, this motor will be the new bad boy in town, Testing should be interesting

We have some. You need to walk around a bit and stay for the mains more often Brian.

Seriously, you should look into the GO contingency program. That would work out well for you.

I ran my PTW Go5 in a small indoor track with lap times 14 to 15 seconds a lap ... I TQed and won the event ... Its my first experiance with a Go tech engine .. Im use to running Nova based motors .. & Im liking the results of the Gotech mill .... I was unsure at first .. But after talking to Brian @ pro twister mods he assured me great results would follow using this mill ... Brian is a great guy plus a great engine builder ... So I wasnt going to be hard headed .. So I took his advice & Im glad I did ...

ok, well seems ive lost the used p5x i bought due to a little excess connecting rod wear, haha! so instead of rebuilding it, im gonna give the go's a try, why not? its only a little more for a brand new one than to rebuild the other!

i have a points series race Jan. 20, so i have to have the motor before then. would you think the 3 port would be available by then? im curious as to how much a difference there will be between the 3 and 5 port motors.. whether it will be worth the wait..

also, i know its hard to tell, but do you think some of the online vendors will have the 2047 pipes in stock in the next week or two? sounds like the pipe to have from what ive read! thanks guys!
