+1 here too..awesome noise ,power and runtimes..getting 12m20 with a 7mm insert here and more power than I know what to do with
even though I broke off my stinger and had to make a new one..MG66 with ceramics rocks..
ps
it also eats my rear drive and diff pinions....damn!!! too much power...really have to keep the mesh shimmed tight tight tight or it tears the teeth off...destroyed 3 small pinions and 2 main diff pinions this year before I realized it needed to be tighter meshed.

Good Day-
I am in need of some pieces to rebuild my Gen 5.5 5port - as I understand it the new GX pieces will fit - who here in the states is caring the crank/rod/pin and such pieces I am looking for and for what prices?
I see 22Racer is a dealer but has no website in his sig -
Ruune is the US dist with one page website - be nice if there were some links to US dealers or a list of them somewhere - and please don't take that as a knock, it is more of an observation -
Thanks -

This was always a big problem, in years passed,
No one had or kept there web sites up to date.
You never knew if someone had engines and
parts in stock much less if what you needed
was even in the country. Most times you got
told that they would try to get in touch with
Russ and they would let you know the availability.
In other words, it was always a pain in the ass.
So to whom it may concern, come on guys, get
your shat together. There I said it.

Rex (22Racer) doesn't have an RW Mods site up yet. It is something we are working on for the future. If you wish to order through him or have any questions, you can send him a pm or email.
Thanks,
Kendall

As far as inventory levels, please work with your dealers or online retailers. So far I have not had any problems communicating inventory levels or processing orders for dealers.

Hey T and the rest of GO guys, please don't take
my last post the wrong way. I just want to see the
new and improved "GO Engines USA" and all of the
distributors have a kick ass 2010. Getting the main
site going with a list of all the distributors and how
to get ahold of them should be a priority. I know it's
going to happen. Rex and a few others know me pretty
good by now. I will continue to stir up the coals, to help
make GO Engines the HOT, HOT item to own in 2010.

Thanks guys for the responses I will ping 22Racer (Rex) with my needs - I like websites as it helps me to figure how much of a budget is required....
Ruune - glad to hear the site will be up soon, hopefully there will be some pdf's with the GO Engine manuals/parts lists - maybe some stock dyno charts etc.
I like the 2 GO based motors I have from EB, they truly scream
Sadly - one had a clutch bearing tear the crank snout up hence my need for parts...
Thanks again -

It seems 9 - 9.5 in a buggy is pretty average, and more in the truggy, say 10 - 10.5, more if you push it with tune and throttle EPA, restrictor and smooth throttle finger

It will vary a lot from person to person.

I have a 3 port rb rippondiculas that I get 14+ minutes out of. But as stated there is a lot of variables that go into that. racing it I usually pit at the 12-13 min. mark. One thing I have done is read and reread all the info on tuning these engines and the head shimming.[very important] I also switched all of my carbs to the go 5.5 carbs. They have the red on front of them. There are 2 other things I do to my go's. I preheat and use a product called militec on the inside of the engine. I just oil every bit of the inside, heat it up and spin on the starter box for a few minutes. Let it cool then fire it up. Militec for those who do not know is used for fire arms in Iraq. After that is done I then add some of massive mods run in oil in the fuel for 1 full tank and run the tank dry then let it cool and run in as prescribed.
