Nice to see several dealers now offering motors for sale to you US boys..I have no idea whether France has an official distributor or not...who cares all my business goes to massive anyway...
note to mark..I might have an engine order for another club member if he makes up his mind soon..I'll probably get you to put those 2 sets of piston clips in with it...If not I need a new 2072 soonish anyway ....sigh winter rebuild costs....

Right now, the pro models that dealers are stocking are the new GX line, which is the new version of the "R21" series. In fact, it uses the same case. We're also retrofitting older engines with the new parts, for those that need to rebuild.
Keep in mind though that when replacing the crank with the new one, you need to replace the conrod as well. The reason for this is that the new rod has a slightly larger eye on it for the new conrod.
Also, from what we're seeing (per my team drivers) the new Ti Nitride-coated parts are showing awesome anti-wear results!

Hey Matt, Since your a registered GO Engines dealer,
I thought I'd get your name out here and spread the
word. No, I haven't bought a pipe yet and was thinking
about calling you about the offer that you made me.
Lets get turkey day over with and I'll call ya on Fri. or
Sat.. Unless your going to be out on the snowcicles.
Brrrr... too damn cold up there for me. It's too cold
down here also, thats why I'm going to So.Fla. in five
weeks to run my truggys. Thats why I'm itchin to get
that 2072 pipe.

you off the list.
OK. everybody, here are three of the GO Engine distributors
that I know are great guys to deal with.
Maximo
22racer
motomatt
If any of you other GO distributors want everyone to
know who you are, then post up your info. Until the
main site posts a listing of all the GO Engines distributors,
this thread will be a good place to get the word out.
There is another guy thats a distributor that sent me
a PM awhile back. I think he's from Fla. and has a web
site. I'll see if I can find his info and add it to the list.

anyway I think I sorted the problem ..I replaced the old diff housing with a new one ..well an unused one anyway and I just found out Kyosho replaced the part number with a new one made from the same newer material as the replacement ones for the mp9 IF121C instead of IF121..I bet the older weaker more flexible plastic is giving enough with the MG66 power to cause the diff gear engagement to open and wear the teeth prematurely..The bearings on the centre driveshaft pinion certainly aren't a tight fit into the plastic anyway - practically drop in..2xthe newer ones on their way with yet another 13T pinion gear..Lucky they are cheap...shame I still beat everyone at the last demo with the MG66 even though I only had front wheel drive on my 4x4...Muahahahaaha!!!
