And on a side note the First 100 units sold out in 3 days so it might be good to pre order if you want one

I talked to Rex last week about how I put a
Toro Nero to shame with both of my GO 7 ports.
I had a buddy come over to show off his truggy
with his hot Toro motor on it. The Toro just didn't
have the low-end power and had trouble making
one of the jumps that had a short run up to it and
I could walk him easy in the straights. He made the
excuse that my PTM 7 port was in a buggy and that
was the advantage. So I bought out one of my truggies
with a Clocked 7 port on it and put the shat on him. I
think he got a little sick when he saw the tires swell all
the way down the straight. Now he's having second thoughts
abuot his, no balls, Toro. He! He! He!

Russell did order a few Mg66's for some guy's that wanted to test them. He will order a bunch next time probably, this order was all Gx series motors.

Sweet I just love a story with a happy ending
And imagine the cost of the parts when he lunches the Toro Nero trying to keep up with the 7 Port

The new website should be up before long. GX Motors should be in soon as well. If you guys need anything, you can always email me. I have contact with Russell on a daily basis. Thanks!

Actually not quite. Mark already touched this and as others commented it's good for truggy as well. However I would not "waste" it by putting it to some older generation truggys (MBX5T, HN X1) that are well off with some stump puller. Say in LOSI 2.0T with 13t bell this MG66 will be sweet though.

To me it's definitely much stronger bottom-mid than 7pt. But all is down to the personal preference. I would not put 7pt in truggy considering the tracks we have and others are just fine with it so you need to check for your self.

In any case this thing is an engine you should not miss. Easy to control, plenty of power with excellent fuel economy and not flincky to tune.

Hi guys, just hoping I could get some advice on my new engine pipe combo that will be going into my RC8 soon. Now I know asking what gear people think is the best can be biased but I'm now stuck in a bit of a jam as of which way to lean. Like I said Ivé got an RC8FT that I am currently running a V spec with 2060 pipe. I'm looking for a new mill for the rest of this season and next year as the V spec is starting to feel a bit tired. I was thinking about getting a WS73 but for the price and the amount of racing I do and not to forget that I'll never realy be a threat to the fast guys, I just one a bang for your buck engine that will still deliver the goods as my skills improve. So I've been looking at the Go engines but now can't decide on what one to get. I will be racing on a high bite blue groove surface that is fairly flowing, so would the 3, 5 or 7 port suit me better.

How big is the track your running on? For bigger tracks, I run the 7 Port with Femca 0801 Pipe in my RC8. For smaller tracks I run a 3 port with the same pipe. Run Stock gearing for the smaller tracks and bump up a tooth on the clutch bell for the bigger ones. Hope this helps!!

I get $10.00 shipped if you want to buy a shim, or you can send it to me to change it.

hey 22racer

can you explain this better install a shim under the sleeve...!!!

you mean the piston sleeve this would raise the ports right but wouldnt that close of the exaust port
