this happens when the pinch bolt is over tightened...to fix the problem glue the metal sleeve on to the carb neck using a high quality cement...

You can get another carb body. You don't need a whole new carb. You can also use JB Weld to fix the "stripped out" carb body.

It's very important to make sure the pinch bolts are completely out of the crankcase before attempting to pull out the carb.

Rossoh the carb body will be covered under the warranty, please contact me at [email protected] and give me your information, I will send you out a new carb body. Over tightening the pinch bolt or not having a smooth angle on the slide can cause this problem. 200 ounces is equivalent to 12.5 pounds of pressure. I have found that fixing the carb is better in the long run then replacing so if you want I can call you and walk you thru the repair or you can send in carb and I can repair it for you.

Rocket I sent you a email with my address.....but its whatever you want to do....I would rather do what ever you think is better...If you want me to send it in that would be fine or tell me what I need to fix it and I`ll have you walk me through it when I`m ready..

Thanks
