i ran my 3 port race motor with the go 0801 pipe and man it was flawless. i ran against tons of p5 novarossi's and v specs and siros and was able to keep up not only in the rough stuff but in the straights no problem. very very happy with motor and especially since i was able to keep up with the named motors. thnx go engines and racefactor

If I replace the connecting rod after a GO engine break-in (around 1 gallon or so), is it a good idea to replace the wrist pin as well? I imagine stress gets put on it as well, and for $3.00, why not?

It is reccomended to replace the wrist pin and g clips as well since they are inexpensive and freshen up the whole assembly

Go engines.
Thanks GO and racefactor. I have loyally used Go engines from the beginning of my racing adventure and hope to have many more wins with the. +1 with Will G. Go engines by far capeable of domination other engines I cant wait for the ebm5 engine for my truggy. I am doing bearings and con rod and pins and clips in mine as per Russell to keep my 5 port (5+ gallons) in tip top shape. They are the only parts I need at thie time. I am only doing it cause the fromt bearing is starting to suck air and after 5+ gallons and that is fine with me that engine has spun prob 2,304,000,000 full rotations in its 128 tank life (think about that for a second) it is a rough guess as i did the math in my head so... anyway. Go engines and Russell of Racefactor are whre my loyalty will continue to stay. Thanks Russell I ran both my Go's this weekend and the 7 port is a monster in the buggy I love it and the bearing gave up the ghost in the 5 port in truck. Oh well Ill get em next time. I only ran it for a couple tanks and it kept up with my sons 5 port but I've never raced it. Rex |

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I4emO4A7vUc i was there last weekend too racin my go 3port, i was pullin from EVERYONE in my class with this engine i love it. i got it used and idk how many gallons are on it or anythin so im prob going to tear it down once i install my grp in my 2.0 8ight and replace all bearings and stuff and use it as a back up. i may put it in my truggy instead
