Hey mudlife they do make a .15 that would work in your rc10.

contact rocket42 for a price!

MudLife, GO also make a .15 Sport, rear exhaust pull start engine (Go-R1500) that is perfect for 1/10 on road's. I have seen one running in an 1/10 on roader here and they go really well. They have some new hi tech pull start that is meant to last for ever and reduce power draw from the engine as well.

Brian i installed the flywheel last night and the piston goes around 2mm below the TDC.
I would expect it to stop much sooner on a brand new engine.
As i understand it, it will take only 5-7 tanks to break in at the most.

Hey guys, got a question for you regarding run in fuel. I normally run about 10 tanks of 15% through my new engines during break in before upping to the 25% I normally use. Is this good practice, or would you recommend just starting break in on the 25% ? Oil content is the same for both fuels.

I've always broken in engines using the fuel I am going to run.....

Do you mean at bottom dead center it is 2mm below the transfer ports, i don't understand what your refering to, but to breakin, i always put at least 12 tanks through, i don't take that chance, just keep it at 200 or a little abouve and run it in that way, it's the same way i did mine, i have over a gallon on mine and still has a bit of metal pinch, so be safe with it and go 12 it will help in the long run.

I agree 100% with underway, i breakin with what i race with.

mugenb46 02-15-2008 06:25 AM

LOL ok i see what you mean now, no this is the way the 3 port is, it isn't as tight as the 5 and 7 ports, mine was about the same, no worries with this, breakin is very easy with the 3 port as i stated before, but i still ran 12 tanks and my 3 runs awesome, modded it last night:sneaky:

vti-chris 02-15-2008 01:01 PM

OK...that's great!!:)
Thank you!

I also installed the extra shim for the first few tanks and i will be using an SH #7(Med-Cold) plug.

Hey Brian, selling these Go 3 Port R Spec engines must be so easy - they are selling themselves !!!

I have to confess to ordering one myself today for my buggy  All reports back so far seem to point to them being a great engine.
