There are way to many people that don't get out of work until 4-5 o'clock.I think if you try to start earlier you may even lose racers.I know that even working for myself that I would not be able to race as much.I am just way to busy to stop at 2 to get stuff ready and to start racing at 4.This is just my opinion.Tom,I don't have any spare axles.Sorry I did not get back to you yesterday.

When does the track open back up? I'm ready for SC, but holding off on 2wd buggy for the time being.

I think they're opening back up on Wednesday....17.5 is now, non boosted/no timing....

Is the SC 17.5 class on Sat, no timing, no boost?

For those of you running Tekin speedos, do you experience throttle lag (especially with Futaba radios)? If my SC felt as responsive as my buggy, you'd all be in trouble.

Yup, no timing and no boost...

We can still play with timing on the motors (endbell) though, right?

Thus NO TIMING and No Boost
Tekins seem like alot of lag without any timing from what I've seen. Haven't seen a fast one yet. But mabye you can experiment with that.

Tekin snuck a little timing into the stock mode of their older software. As long as 2 leds are constantly flashing in "Stock" mode, you should be good to go.
I give up trying to take the lag out of this thing. I'd like to try another radio system, but this is 2 different Futaba radios so far with the same issue. Time to buy an SXX stock spec. For what it's worth, I spoke with Randy Pike and he said this is a Futaba specific issue. Most people compensate by running +EXP, but I have to run A LOT. Somewhere around +20-25% iirc to get it respond as fast as I like. By that point it's really difficult to modulate the throttle.
